港式芋头粿
材料
"猪绞肉 350g","米粉 500g","红葱头 8~12颗","芋头 1颗","香菇 8~10朵","酱油 少许","胡椒粉 少许","糖 少许","水 1200cc","盐 少许","虾米 4两","鲣鱼粉 少许",
做法

1: 芋头去皮切小丁备用

2: 红葱头切碎

3: 香菇泡软后切细丝

4: 虾米洗净沥干

5: 起油锅下红葱头爆香炒至呈金黄色飘出香气

6: 加入猪绞肉,香菇,虾米拌炒

7: 加入调味料酱油,盐,胡椒粉,糖,少许鲣鱼粉,水

8: 将再来米粉与500g水搅拌调匀

9: 将调好之再来米粉粉浆与炒好之料一起搅拌均匀至黏稠状电锅内锅抹油后将材料倒入蒸熟30分钟即可(外锅水约1.5小杯)

10: 蒸熟后放凉再倒扣出即完成
