香菇肉燥

材料

香菇Shitake 6朵,热水Hotwater 200ml,油葱酥Friedgarlic 2大匙tbsp.,猪绞肉Groundpork 400g,蒜头Garlic 3颗cloves,香油Sesameoil 1大匙tbsp.,酱油Soysauce 60ml,糖Sugar 1大匙tbsp.,青葱Greenonion 2根pcs

做法

1、使用热水泡软香菇, 切碎. 把水留起来. Soak Shitake with hot water for 10 mins then chop into small pcs. Keep the water for now.

2、热锅, 加入绞肉, 香油, 肉燥, 油葱酥, 蒜头, 将水份炒出至绞肉焦香味出,炒干水气。Heat a pot, add ground pork, sesame oil, fried garlic, garlic, mix well and pan fried until fragrant.

3、加入酱油, 香菇水和香菇加入锅内. 稍微煮开. Add soy sauce, shitake water and shitake into the pot and bring to boil.

4、转小火闷烧15~20分钟.Turn the heat to low and stew for 15-20mins.

5、关火后就可以淋在白饭上享用啰!Turn off the heat then you can put the meat sauce on plain rice and enjoy!
