日式什锦炒乌龙面
材料
"乌龙面 3包","鸡蛋 2颗","洋葱 1/2颗","猪绞肉 1碗","干香菇 6~8朵","玉米笋 4条","史云生清鸡汤 300CC","蛤仔 1碗","鱼板 12片","红甜椒 1颗","雪白菇 少许","鸿喜菇 少许","高丽菜 适量",

1: 准备好以上食材

3: 将蛋液炒成蛋块盛起备用

4: 1.起油锅将洋葱丝炒至半透明2.加入醃好的猪绞肉、香菇丝及玉米笋炒香

5: 放入鸡高汤、鱼板及甜椒煮滚

6: 放入蛤仔煮开夹出

7: 放入乌龙面

8: 拌开乌龙面加入高丽菜及菇菇炒塔

9: 起锅前将蛋块及蛤仔放入,加上少许乌醋即可起锅
