猪肉汉堡排
材料
"猪绞肉 150g","高丽菜 1片","洋葱(小) 1/4个","蕃茄酱 1大匙","酱油膏 1大尟","盐 1/3小匙","黒胡椒 少许","蛋 半个","杏鲍菇 1个","红萝卜 适量","青花菜 适量","莲藕 适量","起司 适量","红酒 3大匙","醤油膏 3大匙","蕃茄酱 3大匙","水 4大匙",
做法

1:绞肉加入蕃茄酱、酱油膏、蛋、盐、黒胡椒、洋葱用手搅拌至有黏性、最后加入高丽丝(不要切太细)分成2个备用

2:平底锅放入沙拉油烧热、放下汉堡肉用大火煎两面各煎1分、盖上锅盖闷煎至熟后盛盘备用

3:煎汉堡肉的平底锅加入沙拉油1小匙炒杏鲍菇、然后加入酱汁料煮至浓稠即可

4:红萝卜切片、青花菜汆烫备用莲藕切薄片用油炸酥起司用微波炉加热1分30秒
