"猪脚 1只","青葱 2支","八角 2粒","卤包 1包","蒜头 8瓣","姜片 8片","花生 300克","冰糖 4大匙","酱油 1碗","酱油膏 100cc","米酒 2碗","可乐 330ml","花椒粒 适量","五香粉 一大匙","水 1500+500ml",

1:猪脚川烫

2:过冷水,洗净

3:用刀轻刮猪皮表面去角质,吃起来更柔嫩

4:起锅爆香八角、葱段、姜片、蒜头。所有食材放进锅内加入1500ml的水大火煮滚,转小火慢炖3小时至猪脚软烂(若喜欢Q弹口感可以只炖2小时半)
