红烧鸡翅
材料
"二节翅 8支","辣椒片 1支","蒜片 3颗","葱段 1支","酱油 2匙","白胡椒粉 少许","米酒 少许","香菜 少许","酱油 1匙","番茄酱 1匙","水 4匙","香油 少许",
做法

1:鸡翅先切开,背部切一刀后加葱段、蒜片、辣椒片、醃料拌匀,醃制10分钟

2:热锅下油,皮超下煎至金黄色后翻面,下调味料煮熟试味道后起锅前下少许香油拌匀即可
