蔬菜片汤
材料
"奶油 少许","洋葱 35g","白萝卜 35g","胡萝卜 35g","西芹 30g","红番茄 35g","马铃薯 40g","高丽菜 25g","月桂叶 1片","鸡高汤 500毫升","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1:将白萝卜.洋葱.番茄(先去籽去皮).红萝卜.西芹.高丽菜切成小的指甲片(0.1~0.2公分)

2:将剩余的材料切成小块,好了和1~2片月桂叶一起放入锅中加水熬煮

3:高汤煮好后将汤滤起来备用

4:放入红萝卜片.白萝卜片.西芹片,并加一点盐.胡椒调味

5:快煮熟的时候再将番茄.高丽菜片加入,煮滚后即可盛入汤碗
