材料
"长糯米 1杯","白米 1杯","干香菇 6朵","虾米 1把","干干贝 6颗","五花肉 半斤","姜末 4片","油葱酥 1大匙","香菇水 1/2杯","酱油膏 1/2勺","酱油 1勺","麻油 1勺","米酒 1勺","酱油 1大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","冰糖 1小匙","白胡椒粉 1小匙","五香粉 1小匙","干贝水 1/2杯","油葱酥 2小匙",
做法

1:米混合好洗净,泡水2~3小时沥干水,加入饭调味料搅拌均匀,入电锅蒸(外锅1杯水)

2:热油,放入姜末.虾米.干香菇.干贝丝爆香,加入五花肉憋香,加入配料调味料拌炒均匀炒香,煮滚入味再小火闷3分钟

3:电锅跳起,将配料倒到饭上,搅拌均匀,香Q美味的油饭完成囉~~~
