干贝海鲜羹
材料
"虾仁 1盒","干贝 1盒","肉丝 半盒","透抽 1只","刻花鱿鱼 1盒","蟹肉 1盒","鱼板 3片","杏鲍菇 3根","干香菇 3朵","蒜苗 1支","香菜 适量","乌醋 适量","调味料 适量","香油 适量","白胡椒粉 适量","蟹肉棒 3条","盐 1小匙","糖 1匙","香油 1/4匙","太白粉 适量","乌醋 1匙","太白粉 适量","水 适量",
做法

1:全部材料备齐

2:将醃肉调味料与肉丝混合均匀再加入太白粉抓匀备用

3:将干香菇(先泡软)、杏鲍菇、鱼板切丝,蟹肉棒剥成丝,蒜苗斜切片

4:透抽洗干净切片和其它海鲜备齐

5:锅子里加入水煮滚放入醃好的肉丝,要一条条分开放入

6:再将香菇、鱼板、杏鲍菇、蒜苗加进锅子里煮滚

7:接着将海鲜全部放入再加入调味料和胡椒粉煮沸

8:再把调好的太白粉水均匀加入拌匀,再加入乌醋拌匀就可熄火

9:将海鲜羹盛盘加入香菜在上面滴几滴香油就是一道视觉和味觉都满分的羹汤
