"葱 3枝","花椒粒 1大匙","八角 两粒","小黄瓜 数条","姜 适量","仿仔鸡腿 1支","米酒 1大匙","黑醋 1大匙","花椒粉 适量","葱末 适量","姜末 适量","蒜末 适量","香油 少许","糖 1小匙","蒸鸡鸡汤 适量","辣椒末 少许","白醋 1小匙","辣油 少许",

2:仿仔鸡腿1支洗净擦干入热油锅炸至两面微焦

3:捞起滤油放在深盘里,淋酱油约两匙再摆进葱段,姜片,花椒粒(需先用干锅炒香),八角,米酒入锅蒸30分钟也可以放电锅蒸2杯水,待鸡肉全熟放凉备用.

4:小黄瓜用拍的再切段并去掉瓜子,盐稍醃去涩味即可,铺在盘底

5:蒸鸡的汤汁沥出备用,鸡肉用手撕粗条摆在小黄瓜上

6:综合酱汁 加上蒸鸡汁拌匀淋在食材上,完成!
