玉米浓汤
材料
"罐头玉米 200G","火腿 两片","洋葱 40G","奶油 30G","面粉 30G","水或鲜奶 500G","盐 1/3茶匙","黑胡椒粉 适量","鲜奶油 随意","香草末 随意","面粉 5G","水 10G",
做法

1:食材切好备用

2:电锅中铺上烘焙纸按下开关用15G奶油炒香面粉

3:撇步1:取出放水(或鲜奶)用汤匙压着过筛(这样可使面粉滑顺无颗粒)

4:再用15G奶油爆香洋葱与火腿取出与3混和加玉米

5:撇步2:放电锅用4/5杯水煮至跳起开盖搅拌均匀(不要煮熟才不会沾锅底)

6:外锅再放半杯水至跳起后,依各人喜欢稠度放调入适当芡汁搅拌均匀

7:调味拌匀即可!

8:喜欢奶味重可将水换成鲜奶,最后加适当鲜奶油会更香!
