日式风味大阪烧
材料
"中筋面粉 200g","水 200g","蛋 1个","起士粉 1大匙","蒜粒粉 1大匙","黑胡椒粒 1大T","盐巴 适量","葵花油 1大匙","高丽菜 适量","玉米粒 适量","干贝丝 适量","柴鱼 适量","美奶滋 适量","海苔香松 适量","【酱汁】 ","蕃茄酱 1大匙","砂糖 2小匙","乌醋 1小匙","日式酱油 1大匙","鲜味露 1大匙",
做法

1:将面粉和水及蛋放入钢盆中搅拌均匀成无粉粒状态!

2:再把起士粉,黑胡椒粒,蒜粒粉,盐巴,葵花油和高丽菜丝(可先用盐巴抓醃去掉多余的水分~省略不抓醃也OK),玉米粒,干贝丝加进做法1中搅拌均匀成大烧面糊备用!

3:把材料(酱汁)的部分搅拌均匀备用

4:起油锅~锅热后倒进适量的面糊煎至两面金黄酥脆~

5:起锅后擦上做法3中的酱汁

6:再放上柴鱼片,挤上美奶滋

7:最后洒上适量的香松即可完成美味大阪烧喔^^
