泰式辣炒虾仁
材料
"虾仁 20只","高丽菜 2大片","玉米笋 4支","甜豆 6支","蒜 2粒","葱 1支","辣椒 1根","红葱 2粒","月桂叶 2片","泰式酱油 2匙","泰式鱼露 3匙","糖 半匙","水 2匙","胡椒 少许"
做法

1:蒜与红葱切末 ,辣椒与葱切细

2:虾仁去肠泥洗净沥干,高丽菜拨小片,甜豆与玉米笋斜切对半

3:锅子烧热润点油,下葱白.红葱.算.辣椒.月桂叶爆香

4:爆香辛香料后,放入虾仁,撒上少许胡椒,炒至8分熟..可以呛点酒,起锅备用

5:同一锅放入所有蔬菜拌炒

6:蔬菜炒至微软后倒回虾子,并加入调味料B煮至熟,起锅前洒上葱绿末部份

7:完成起锅
