打抛咸浆拉面
材料
"泡面 1包","猪绞肉 80g","红葱头 2颗","小蕃茄 4颗","辣椒 1支","9层塔 数瓣","泡面 1包","素蚝油 1小匙","鱼露 1中匙","米酒 少许","无糖豆浆 300cc","盐 少许","香油 少",

1:备料~

2:先准备酱汁:以内附高汤包做基底酱,再加入素蠔油膏及鱼露和米酒调和备用~

3:以少许油将绞肉炒香,再放入红葱头末和辣椒拌炒出香辣气味

4:接着放入蕃茄丁与碎9层塔拌炒

5:再迅速加入调好的酱汁拌炒均匀即可~

6:另外将泡面放入煮沸水中烹煮3分钟即完成捞起面条

7:放入调味好的热燕麦高纤无糖豆浆

8:再将炒好的打抛猪拌入
