"榨菜 2粒","肉丝 100元","蒜头 6粒","姜 3大片","米酒 3大匙","酱油 3大匙","二砂糖 3大匙","葱段 6段","辣椒 2根","肉丝 100","酱油 1碗","米酒 半碗","2砂糖 2匙","蒜 3粒","姜 3片","太白粉 2匙",
做法

1:先爆姜、姜⋯⋯倒入醃渍2小时的肉丝爆抄约5分钟才倒入切丝的榨菜中火抄约3分钟倒米酒、酱油、乌醋爆抄一分钟才能加辣椒和葱段!起锅时即可分装方便煮面时的份量哟!

2:在全联或顶好即可找到的鸡蛋面(面要另外一锅煮最后加料⋯⋯不必加太多调味料)榨菜本身咸度已足够
