材料

"洋菇 300g","猪绞肉 100g","芹菜 2支","香菜 酌量","辣椒末 酌量"," 1个","中筋面粉 半杯","红萝卜 少许","干贝酱油 少许","昆布酱油 少许","乌醋 少许","蒜末 少许","油 1匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:洋菇切片、芹菜切短状、红萝卜切细丁状与绞肉加塩丶胡椒粉调味

    2:加入面粉、蛋拌匀

    3:将面糊倒入不沾锅煎至两面金黄
