橙汁里肌肉
材料
"猪里肌肉 300g","彩椒 一颗","蒜头 5~6颗","柳橙 一颗","洋葱 半颗","酱油 1大匙","蛋汁 1大匙","蕃茄酱 2大匙","白醋 1大匙","盐 1/2小匙","米酒 1小匙","水 1大匙","面粉 1大匙",
做法

1:猪里肌切适中大小,葱切段,蒜切末,彩椒、洋葱切块

2:猪里肌加入酱油一大匙,米酒一小匙,蛋汁一大匙,醃半小时后~加入面粉一大匙拌匀

3:热油锅,煎炒约半熟后沥油起锅

4:黄椒下油锅稍微炒半熟,起锅

5:锅中留下适当的油,加入洋葱、蒜末爆香

6:将肉、彩椒下锅翻炒,加入蕃茄酱两大匙、盐巴1/2匙、水一大匙、白醋一大匙,拌炒至熟

7:最后加入橙汁翻炒后即可起锅
