芋头米粉汤
材料
"米粉 1片约150g","芋头 200-300g","韭菜 1把","肉丝 1小碗","香菇 3-5朵","虾皮 1小撮","水 约1500cc","酱油 1T","鱼露 2-3T","油葱酱 1T","盐 适量","白胡椒 少许"
做法

1:准备材料芋头切块 韭菜切段

2:肉丝,香菇,虾皮准备好米粉泡软

3:先用1T油炒芋头至表面金黄把芋头取出

4:原锅再放3T油炒香香菇

5:再入虾皮

6:再下肉丝炒至变白

7:加水和调味料并试味道

8:并放入芋头煮滚稍煮一下,誏芋头煮软

9:放米粉煮熟泡软的米粉不用煮太久

10:最后放韭菜煮熟即可
