麻油猪肉饭
材料
"干香菇 25朵","小里肌 600g","3色蔬菜 1碗","姜末 1碗","酱油 2大匙","胡椒粉 1匙","五香粉 1/4匙","盐 适量","黑麻油 适量","米酒 1~2杯","白米 3杯","全蛋 半颗","玉米粉 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","米酒 半杯","水 1/3杯","香菇粉 适量",
做法

1:肉切适当的大小醃好备用~ 香菇泡软切丝~姜切末~Ps.醃肉时水分要抓到全部吃进肉中最后才能加入玉米粉~这样肉才会软嫩好吃~

2:3色蔬菜先烫过备用~

3:起油锅放入黑麻油,香菇丝下锅煸香捞起备用~

4:同锅下黑麻油,放入猪肉煸香加入酱油》胡椒粉》五香粉》炒香》煸过香菇丝放入》拌匀~

5:调味》加入米酒盖上锅盖闷3~5分~

6:锅中留一点汤汁,不要完全烧干~倒入煮熟的白饭、3色蔬菜拌匀~

7:《麻油猪肉饭》暖呼呼的上桌了~
