时令蔬菜炒桂竹笋

"桂竹笋 5条","猪肉 4片","干香菇 2朵","黑木耳 3朵","金勾虾 8尾","蒜头 3颗","辣椒 半条","米酒 1匙","麻油 1匙","绍兴酒 1大匙","盐 1匙","鸡粉 2匙",
做法

1:桂竹笋切细条状、金勾虾冲一下干香菇还原后压干水分切丝、猪肉切丝、黑木耳切条状蒜头剁碎。起油锅,将蒜头、金勾虾、爆香后,猪肉、竹笋、香菇、辣椒、放入锅中炒香,加少许水闷熟后,调味,淋上麻油、绍兴酒、米酒拌匀即可。
