椰子塔
材料
"中筋面粉 130g","玉米粉 20g","奶油 100g","冰牛奶 50g","蛋液 20g","盐 1搓","椰丝 150g","椰子油 35g","糖 3.5大匙","蛋液 100g","冰牛奶 135g"
做法

1:将塔皮的材料依序轻轻拌成团, 用保鲜膜包起, 至于冰箱醒置1~1.5小时.

2:将椰子馅的所有材料拌匀, 置于冷藏备用.

3:将塔皮分成8等份, 分别杆薄再放入塔模内. 用竹签于塔皮上戳洞.

4:填入椰子馅. 放入已预热置180度C的烤箱烘烤30分钟.
