花枝奶油粉酱炖饭
材料
"花枝 1尾","青花菜 1朵","红萝卜 1根","玉米笋 56根","牛番茄 2颗","洋葱 1颗","蒜头 3瓣","白米 1.5杯","鲜奶油 30ml","盐 适量","综合香料 适量","黑胡椒粉 适量",
做法

1:白米洗净备用

2:花枝去皮去内脏,切成圈圈状

3:蔬菜类洗净切好备用

4:起油锅下蒜瓣及洋葱末,待洋葱炒至半透明状态及可放下番茄丁

5:番茄丁炒软后加入白米拌炒,加2杯米杯的水开始炖煮

6:等米大约七分熟时加入鲜奶油及盐、黑胡椒粒基本调味,在将剩余的蔬菜类及花枝,加盖待熟
