蓝莓杯子蛋糕
材料
"无盐奶油 70g","细砂糖 50g","盐 1小撮","全蛋 50g","低筋面粉 100g","泡打粉 1小匙","牛奶 50g","蓝苺干 30g","鲜奶油 50g","糖粉 5g","新鲜蓝莓 适量"
做法

1:奶油室内软化,加入细砂糖丶盐巴,用手动打蛋器搅拌均成乳霜状

2:蛋分次加入奶油糊中,搅拌均匀

3:过筛的低筋面粉丶泡打粉,倒1/2至奶油糊,用刮刀拌匀,再加入1/2的牛奶拌匀,依此顺序将其拌匀

4:蓝莓干倒入面糊,放入模中,约八分满,180度C烤15分钟,再反转烤盘烤5分钟

5:鲜奶油和糖粉用打蛋器打发,装入挤花袋

6:挤上奶油霜,放上蓝苺
