咖哩麻婆豆腐
材料
"蒜末 2粒","葱花 适量","香菜末 适量","板豆腐 3块","辣豆瓣酱 3匙","辣味咖哩 1颗","水 半杯","盐 1/3匙","二砂 1/2匙","白胡椒粉 适量","猪绞肉 20元","酱油 2匙","米酒 2匙","花椒粒 3匙","香油 2匙",
做法

1:食材备妥如右图..猪绞肉加米酒,酱油略醃,咖哩切碎..

2:中小火起油锅,倒入香油和花椒..煎炒至花椒香味出现,就可以将花椒粒捞起..(别把花椒炒焦了,会有苦味)

3:原油锅,放入作法1的猪绞肉拌炒至绞肉略白,加入蒜末,葱花和调味料的辣豆瓣酱,..拌炒至八分熟..

4:再加入其他调味料和主食材1转中大火2-3分钟...其间轻轻拌炒即可..待汤汁略为收干,即可盛盘,洒上香菜末..上菜囉!!
