"猪肋排 8只","高粱酒 3瓶盖","黑胡椒 酌量","玫瑰盐 酌量","辣椒粉 酌量","孜然粉 酌量","番茄酱 2大匙","柠檬 1/4个","果糖 酌量","辣椒 1条","蒜仁 2颗","黑胡椒 酌量","番茄 1/4个","九层塔 1小把",
做法

1:肋排醃料食材

2:将肋排撒上醃料抹匀

3:抹匀醃料后放置铝箔纸上

4:将肋排包好(包两层)放进冰箱冰12钟头以上

5:准备泰式酸辣酱汁食材

6:取一平底锅,放入奶油,开小火放入蒜片炒香

7:加入番茄酱及番茄丁,辣椒,黑胡椒一起拌炒成糊状

8:加入果糖,九层塔碎末立即关火拌匀即可
