奶油蘑菇鲈鱼排附香芹马铃薯
材料
"鲈鱼菲力去皮 2片","红葱头切碎 2颗","白葡萄酒 1瓶盖","鱼高汤 少许","奶油 少许","盐 少许","奶油 少许","红葱头碎 少许","蘑菇片 3颗","鲜奶油 120cc","奶油 少许","义大利香芹碎 1支","马铃薯 1颗"
做法

1:红葱头切碎

2:蘑菇切片

3:在鱼菲力下面放上切碎的红葱头

4:放鱼菲力上面放上奶油及淋上白酒,并以锡箔纸盖起来放入烤箱中烤到熟后取出

5:将蘑菇炒香后加入鲜奶油,煮至浓稠

6:最后摆上炒好的马铃薯及鱼排和蘑菇酱即可
