芋头蛋糕(减糖)
材料
"芋头切片压泥 350G","糖 40G","奶油 10G","鲜奶油 80G","奶油 40G","牛奶 50G","低筋面粉 60G","蛋黄 3个","全蛋 1颗","蛋白 3个","糖 40G"
做法

1:芋头馅忘了拍照用叙述的方式芋头切片蒸好压泥,加入所有馅料的材料一起拌匀放凉备用.

2:奶油跟牛奶小火加热至小滚关火.

3:筛入低筋面粉关火拌至成团状.

4:将蛋黄跟全蛋打匀分3次拌入,烤箱预热180度.

5:制作蛋白霜-蛋白分3次加糖打发至挺立,1/3蛋白霜放入蛋黄液中拌匀,再2盆混合均匀.

6:180度烤15分.

7:出炉放凉切成3等份中间夹层铺芋泥馅.
