番茄牛肉烩饭
材料
"洋葱末 半颗","蒜头 6颗","牛肋条切块 半斤","青葱段 少许","姜片 6片","米酒 少许","水800 C.C","圣女小番茄 250克","切角番茄罐头 1罐","番茄泥 半罐","糖 少许","金桔汁 100C.C","鸡粉 少许","酱油 少许","月桂叶 8片","勾芡 少许","九层塔 少许","白饭 适量",
做法

1:先煮一锅沸水~放入姜.葱段.米酒与切块牛肋条.滚烫约2分钟~然后姜切块牛肋条捞起放旁边备用~主要目的去腥味!

2:起油锅放入蒜头.洋葱末炒香

3:接着放入切块牛肋条拌炒

4:中火拌炒约2分钟

5:接着加入番茄泥.切角番茄.圣女番茄拌炒2分钟

6:加水后~接着放调味料鸡粉.糖.酱油.金桔汁.先试一下味道咸淡

7:接着丢入月桂叶~盖上锅盖闷煮40分钟至牛肋条软化

8:勾薄芡(一点点就好~不要太多)

9:放入九层塔

10:完成后搭配白饭即可
