1:主角:松阪肉、酱油露
2:调匀醃料,酱汁裹匀松阪肉,静置20分钟
3:少许油煎香蒜苗段后,取出摆盘备用
4:少许油热锅后,放入醃好的松阪肉,煎至双面上色
5:松阪肉双面煎上色后,倒入米酒,烧煮至松阪肉全熟
6:将松阪肉切薄片后摆盘
7:淋上锅内煮至浓缩的酱汁,再洒上红黄甜椒碎丁即完成!
