"馅料:百页豆腐 1片","猪绞肉 300g","芹菜 3支","盐 酌量","寿喜烧酱 1/2匙","香油 1/4匙","饼皮:中筋面粉 500g","冷水 250cc","油 1/4小匙","盐 少许",
做法

1:猪肉拌搅出筋至有黏性、百页豆腐切成细末,塩、胡椒粉、寿喜烧酱调味

2:芹菜切细末与1项食材拌匀,香油提味

3:中筋面粉加冷水、塩、油少许拌匀,揉成面团,盖上布巾醒面1小时

4:切割1个50g,包入2项馅料
