"熟箭笋 300克","瘦肉丝 少许","葱段 少许","蒜末 少许","姜丝 少许","木耳丝 少许","胡萝卜丝 少许","豆瓣酱 1大匙","太白粉水 少许","香油 少许","米酒 1茶匙","沙茶酱 1/2茶匙","糖 1/2茶匙","酱油 1茶匙","水 100cc",
做法

1:箭笋切两段,瘦肉切丝,蒜头和葱切丁,木耳和姜和胡萝卜切丝,

2:炒锅倒入少许油,瘦肉放入拌炒,肉反白后倒入豆瓣酱拌炒,加入胡萝卜~葱~姜~蒜~木耳,再加入箭笋,倒入调味料拌匀,盖锅焖一下,勾点太白水薄芡,熄火滴点香油完成囉~
