法式填馅蕃茄
材料
"猪绞肉 250g","中型蕃茄 5颗","洋葱 50g","磨菇 60g","奶油 10g","炒菜油 2t","全蛋 1颗","大蒜 2瓣","红葱头 1瓣","罗勒 半个手掌心","面包粉 20g","牛奶 60g","天然乳酪葛瑞尔 20g","盐 3g","黑胡椒 1g","巴萨米克醋 1t",
做法

1:蕃茄头部1/5处切开,底部再切薄薄一刀方便站立,挖出果肉保留

2:混合绞肉,大蒜碎(一半),红葱头,香草,面包粉,牛奶,蛋,天然现刨乳酪,胡椒盐,拌至黏稠

3:蕃茄容器撒点胡椒盐后填入绞肉,上方放2g奶油,戴上帽子进180度烤箱25分钟

4:洋葱,另一半大蒜炒香,加入菇菇炒软,加入蕃茄果肉与汁,罗勒叶,胡椒盐巴萨米克醋调味

5:把酱汁倒进烤盘与蕃茄继续烤30分钟即完成
