肉羹饭
材料
"猪后腿肉 1斤","番薯粉 适量","酱油 2大匙","细砂糖 1茶匙","白胡椒粉 1茶匙","五香粉 1茶匙","太白粉 2茶匙","柴鱼粉 1大匙","黑醋 1大匙","盐巴 适量","白胡椒粉 少许","鸡蛋 1颗","沙茶酱 2茶匙"
做法

1:将后腿肉切条状后将醃渍酱料全部加入并加入太白粉一起搅拌均匀放入冷藏静置1小时备用

2:将步骤一加入适量番薯粉拌一拌,准备一锅水待水滚后将肉条一条一条放入煮至肉条浮起

3:捞起肉条备用

4:川烫肉条的水直接加入羹汤所有调味料最后勾芡打个蛋花即可

5:将饭盛于碗中加入肉条最后加入步骤4完成也可将煮熟的肉条直接加入羹汤中喔
