麻婆豆腐粉丝煲
材料
"板豆腐 半块","绞肉 50g","冬粉 1把","姜未 1大匙","蒜末 1大匙","青葱 少许","豆瓣酱 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","白胡椒粉 少许","水 6080cc","香油 少许",
做法

1:板豆腐切小块.粉丝泡水剪半.锅中不放油炒香绞肉

2:加入姜未1大匙.蒜末1大匙及豆瓣酱2大匙炒香再加入酱油1大匙.白胡椒粉少许.

3:板豆腐切小块加入,再加水约60-80cc

4:加入粉丝拌匀,用中小火收微干,起锅加入葱花及香油即可
