黄金吐司芝士虾饼
材料
"吐司 2片","去壳白虾 80g","玉米粒 25g","洋葱碎 20g","起司片 2片","蛋液 1颗","青葱末 少许","蛋白 0.5颗","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","米酒 少许",
做法

1:将白虾去壳及肠泥后,一半切成虾泥,另一半切小丁增加口感,加入虾泥醃料搅拌至有点黏性.加入洋葱末.玉米粒和青葱末备用.

2:吐司去边,杆成薄片,抹上步骤1的馅料,再放上卷起的起司片.

3:把铺好馅料的吐司对折并用叉子压紧边边,沾上蛋液,内部边边也抹一点,避免散开

4:放锅中用中小火煎至熟即可~可随自己喜好搭配酱料~原味也很好吃喔
