泰式蒜辣双丝煎饼
材料
"马铃薯 1颗","红萝卜 1/3条","太白粉/莲藕粉 1大匙","沙拉抹酱 1小匙","泡打粉 1/8小匙","低筋面粉 3/4杯","水 1/2杯","白胡椒粉 少许","沙拉抹酱 2大匙","是拉差酱 1大匙","柠檬汁 1/4小匙",
做法

1: 酥脆粉浆的料备妥

2: 酥脆粉浆调好(我是用面包机>面团模式比较方便)

3:马铃薯跟红萝卜刨丝后马上先拌入粉浆

4:(这样子就不用泡在水里)

5:取适量放入锅中用煎匙压一下铺平煎至两面金黄酥脆即可

6:泰式沾酱的料

7:调好泰式沾酱

8:完成
