材料
"板豆腐(长型) 2块","青江菜 1小把","芹菜切碎 半碗","油葱酥 半碗","太白粉 1大匙","绞肉 150g","碎豆腐 半碗或1碗","五香粉 1/4匙","胡椒粉 1匙","盐、香菇粉 适量","酱油 1大匙","红甜椒切碎 半碗","蛋 1颗","香菜梗切碎 1大匙","太白粉(勾芡) 适量","红甜椒切碎 适量","香油 适量",
做法

1:板豆腐切成8块

2:豆腐挖洞

3:洞里撒上太白粉

4:挖下来的碎豆腐要拌入肉馅

5:把肉馅的材料全部拌匀

6:青江菜洗净川烫备用

7:把肉馅镶在豆腐上

8:放入电锅蒸,外锅放1杯水,开始蒸开关跳起闷30分

9:倒出水份煮沸》+适量切碎的红椒+调味》香油》勾芡》香菜梗》拌匀起锅

10:青江菜围边,均匀的倒入酱汁即可上桌讨喜又好吃的一道菜~开动了~
