辣炒萝卜干
材料
"碎菜脯 1斤","糯米椒 半斤","红辣椒 3~4条","沙拉油 1T","蒜碎 1T","糖 1~2T","白胡椒粉 少许","湿豆鼓(连汤汁) 1.5T","手工酱油 1T","米酒 1~2T",
做法

1:菜脯洗净沥乾,辣椒切丁备用。干锅炒香菜脯盛出备用

2:热锅以沙拉油爆香蒜末,加入拉椒丁略炒再放入炒香的菜脯/ 豆鼓拌炒出香香气。加入糖/ 胡椒粉/ 酱油,最后起锅前淋上米酒炒一下即可
