"去骨鸡腿肉 1支","棉绳 1条","蒸鸡肉汤汁 适量","盐 适量","葱花 一大把","蒜末 3瓣","姜泥 1小匙","香油 适量","胡椒粉 适量","酒 1大匙","盐 适量","胡椒粉 适量","葱花 1支",
做法

1:鸡腿肉洗净,较厚的部分划几刀,醃料抹匀醃渍一小时。醃好的鸡腿肉卷起,用棉绳绑紧,入电锅外围1杯半的水蒸熟。

2:蒸熟的鸡腿卷放凉切片,酱料拌匀淋在鸡腿卷上,完成!
