瓜仔肉
材料
"猪绞肉 250g","花瓜罐头 1罐","干香菇 2朵","红葱头(油葱酥) 3瓣","蒜头 2瓣","九层塔(可无) 数片","【醃料】米酒 1大匙","【醃料】太白粉 1小匙","【调料】酱油膏 1大匙","【调料】白胡椒粉 1/4小匙",
做法

1:先准备食材

2:绞肉先以【醃料】醃10分钟、花瓜切小丁(花瓜罐头里的汤汁留着)、香菇泡软切丁(泡香菇水留着)、红葱头和蒜切碎

3:锅热放1小匙油,以(中小火)炒香红葱头

4:再放蒜和香菇炒到香味出来

5:接着放醃过的绞肉炒到变白色

6:倒入花瓜和花瓜水及香菇水,加【调料】稍微焖一下即可起锅装盘

7:也可以放一点点切碎的九层塔

8:完成上桌
