酸溜鲷鱼片
材料
"台湾鲷鱼1包 260g","地瓜粉 40g","黄椒 70g","红椒 45g","盐 1小匙","砂糖 1茶匙","凤梨醋 适量","蒜末 1茶匙","蕃茄酱 适量","料理米酒 1小匙","梅味柴鱼粉 1茶匙","沙拉油 少许",
做法

1:说明食材如上

2:鲷鱼切块后加盐,和太白粉,(日式)梅味柴鱼粉,红标纯米料理米酒后搅拌.

3:下油锅炸酥捞起.

4:炸鲷鱼沥油后.右边自己做凤梨醋.

5:先放沙拉油炒蒜末后加入全部食材和蕃茄酱,糖1大匙和太白粉水后起锅.
