"胛心肉 半斤","红萝卜块 半根","白萝卜块 半根","辣椒末 1大匙","姜末 1大匙","蒜末 1大匙","葱末 1大匙","洋葱丝 1/4个","豆瓣酱 1.5大匙","米酒 1.5大匙","冰糖 1小匙","酱油 3大匙",
做法

1:备料胛心肉(五花肉或梅花肉也可)切块先用热水稍烫去血水

2:锅中放油炒香肉块捞起备用

3:原锅爆香青葱.姜.蒜末及洋葱

4:加入豆瓣酱炒香再淋上米酒呛锅,再放入冰糖.酱油拌炒

6:加水淹过食材,煮滚后再盖锅盖以小火炖煮约40分钟即可
