香料烤鸡

材料

"糯米 1杯","干香菇(大) 1朵","干虾仁 15只","核桃 10个","盐 适量","任一种油 1大匙","水 1量米杯","全鸡2~2.5斤 1只","中型洋葱 1个","西洋芹 1支","马铃薯 2个","杏鲍菇 2个","盐 适量","棉绳 1条","水 1量米杯","红椒粉 1/2大匙","肉荳蔻 1小匙","小茴香粉 1小匙","姜黄 1/2大匙","糖 1小匙","盐 1小匙","蕃茄糊 1大匙","水 4大匙","新鲜迷迭香 1小把","黑胡椒粒 1/2大匙","干萝勒 1大匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:将的糯米洗干净,泡水4小时,然后沥干水份。香菇在水里泡软,切丝备用,干虾仁洗净备用。锅中放油,炒香菇丝和干虾仁,炒出香味,放入糯米和水1杯和盐调味,盖上锅盖,小火焖煮5分钟,熄火,再焖5分钟,然后加入核桃拌匀备用。

    2:将糯米饭小心放入鸡腹内,并用一支牙签封住鸡腹。

    3:将的香料全部拌匀,鸡的2只腿用棉绳绑紧,棉绳绕过鸡的腋下,在背部绑紧。并涂抹上香料在鸡的身上,醃渍30分钟。

    4:将的洋葱切成8等份,铺在深烤盘上,放入鸡,鸡背在下,撒上迷迭香叶,马铃薯去皮切块,西洋芹切大块,分别放在鸡的四周,撒上一些盐调味,加入水1量米杯。

    5:鸡放入烤箱,鸡身上先盖一张烘焙纸,避免烤焦。烤箱220˚C烤90分钟
