热炒三杯小管
材料
"小管 15只","葱 2根","姜片 5片","蒜头 5办","九层塔 1把","辣椒 1根","麻油 2大匙","沙拉油 2大匙","盐 3大匙","米酒 2大匙","糖 1大匙","酱油 3大匙",
做法

1:煮热水加3匙盐,将小管川烫后捞起沥乾,姜切片、辣椒切片,葱切段并区分葱白及葱绿

2:热锅加入麻油及沙拉油,加入姜、蒜、葱白爆香

3:加入小管及辣椒稍微拌炒一下,加入米酒、糖、酱油,盖上锅盖稍微闷煮并收汤汁

4:起锅前加入九层塔即葱绿即可
