做法

    1:把所有的蔬菜切小丁。把大青蒜和洋葱一起放入和奶油拌炒,再放入芹菜、茴香和高丽菜,加入牛肉高汤和调味料。牛肉汤煮开后关小火并将杂质去除,大约煮20分钟后,加入已煮过的甜菜根丁和牛肉丁、鸭肉丁后,再煮5分钟即可。再调味就可上桌
