"鸡腿肉 两片","洋葱 1T","蒜头 1t","香茅粉 1T","辣椒粉 1T","茴香粉 2t","姜黄粉 1T","椰奶 50ml","橄榄油 50ml","黑糖 1T","酱油 1T","花生酱 50g","椰奶 200ml","红咖哩酱 0.5T","椰糖 1T","鱼露 1T","柠檬汁 1T","水 酌量",

做法

  1. step1

    1:将醃料全数用调理机打碎呈浓稠状

  2. step2

    2:鸡腿肉(或鸡胸肉)切成大丁,用醃料涂抹均匀后风保鲜膜冷藏约30分钟

    3:用竹签将醃好的鸡肉串起,至于烤盘,用200度,烤约20分钟即可

    4:用平底深锅开中小火,依序将椰奶,红咖哩,花生酱

  5. step5

    5:搅拌均匀再加入其他材料

  6. step6

    6:太浓时,可酌量加水稀释
