南洋串烤沙爹鸡

做法

1:将醃料全数用调理机打碎呈浓稠状

2:鸡腿肉(或鸡胸肉)切成大丁,用醃料涂抹均匀后风保鲜膜冷藏约30分钟

3:用竹签将醃好的鸡肉串起,至于烤盘,用200度,烤约20分钟即可

4:用平底深锅开中小火,依序将椰奶,红咖哩,花生酱

5:搅拌均匀再加入其他材料

6:太浓时,可酌量加水稀释
