材料
"鱼片 200G","酱油 1大匙","水 3大匙","高鲜味精 1/5小匙","太白粉 1茶匙","(1)盐 适量","胡椒粉 适量","米酒 少许","(2)太白粉 1茶匙","葱 2根","辣椒 1条","生姜 3~5片",
做法

1:将调味拌匀

2:将鱼斜切成片状

3:加醃料(1)拌匀再加(2)

4:用少许油煎两面至9分熟取出

5:爆香香料

6:加入调味烧开

7:放入煎好的鱼片与葱末
