糖醋里肌
材料
"里肌肉 600g","红甜椒 1/3个","黄甜椒 1/3个","青椒 1/2个","玉米粉 适量","酱油 少许","白醋 20ml","番茄酱 20g","糖 20g","水 40ml","太白粉 适量",
做法

1:糖醋酱材料

2:先用酱油醃制里肌肉,再加玉米粉抓一抓

3:酱油与玉米粉抓一抓,醃制个十分钟

4:用150-160度油温来炸里肌肉(油温够之后熄火)

5:沥干油脂

6:切好青,甜椒过油

8:糖醋酱煮法先下糖与水,让糖融化,再加白醋及番茄酱续煮,最后加太白粉水勾小芡

9:把所有食材倒入锅中与糖醋酱拌炒均匀即可
