蒜香鸡丁
材料
"无骨鸡腿排 500克","蒜头 4~5瓣","酱油 1.5大匙","米酒 1大匙","蛋黄 1个","太白粉 1大匙","蒜蓉辣椒酱 1大匙","蕃茄酱 2大匙","砂糖 3大匙","酱油 1大匙","白醋 1大匙","水 4大匙"
做法

1:无骨鸡腿排切成块状,用醃肉调味料醃渍30分钟入味

2:醃好的肉块均匀的沾上一层太白粉

3:锅中倒入适量的油量,等油热后将肉块放入锅中炸至表面金黄色即可捞起

4:炸好的鸡块备用

5:先将调味料备好混合均匀,蒜头切末

6:炒锅中放入少许的油,下蒜末炒香

7:倒入刚刚准备好的调味料

8:等调味料煮沸后在加入刚炸好的鸡肉块拌炒均匀即可
