开运佛跳墙

材料

"软骨猪排 300g","鸟蛋 20粒","荀干(泡发) 100g","干香菇(泡水) 10朵","干干贝(泡水) 10粒","前脚块 200g","去籽红枣 20粒","芋头角 200g","蒜头 10颗","葱段 20g","香菜 5g","冰糖 1大匙","白胡椒 1茶匙","米酒 1大匙","五香粉 1小匙","酱油 1小匙","地瓜粉 1大匙","绍兴酒 2大匙","蚝油 2大匙","盐巴 1小匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:先将软骨排放入调味料1拌匀

    2:锅内倒入少油,将排骨煎香,再下蒜粒、葱段炒香

  3. step3

    3:再下芋头角、香菇炒香

  4. step4

    4:倒入调味料2、鸟蛋、红枣、猪脚、荀亁、干贝,再倒入清水淹盖过食材,加盖按煎烤大火煮沸腾,再转至小火炖煮1小时,最后撒上香菜即可
